She tensed, startled, surprised more by the chill of his wet bangs against her forehead than his mouth on hers, but it only took a moment for her to lace her fingers across the nape of his neck and pull him in closer. If he was going to take that leap she wasn't about to give him the impression that he'd stuck his neck out for nothing!

...and she'd come out here expecting to have an argument.

It took a long few moments for her to pull back, catching her breath finally taking priority over kissing Captain America senseless.

"Could have done that two weeks ago you know." she smirked, taking a moment to ease back and push his wet hair off his forehead. He'd seen her excited and rosy-cheeked drunk but this might have been the first time he'd been close enough to see a genuine blush on her face.
