Just Indulge Me

Being ordered around wasn't usually something Toni took kindly to, but Steve ordered her around with such concern it was hard to muster an argument.

That and - "I'm what?"

She reached up to touch the side of her face, hissing when her fingers came away red.

"Oh... okay yeah I suppose I should bandage that before I bleed on any delicate circuitry."

She unlatched and stepped out of each of the repulsor boots first before letting him guide her toward the stairs.

Okay, she supposed being bloodied warranted a coffee break.

"Don't look so worried, they're just scrapes, I've had so much worse."
