Steve bows his head at the touch of warm fingers along his neck, letting the contact push off the chill of the nightmare.

"I'm fine."

His wrist is killing him though and he unwraps his fingers from around it with a slight frown, taking in the swelling side of his hand and the scrape along the joint from the corner of the table.

"Maybe my hand."

He doesn't mean to elaborate but Tony's been in this position enough to sympathize and perhaps that knowledge is what loosens his tongue.

"I haven't had that dream in a damn long time.
