Jaime was, admittedly, a little mopey. Getting an invitation to the JLA's non-denominational holiday party (though Jaime continued to think of it as Christmas) should have had him over the moon. Instead, Traci had had a "thing" come up at the last minute (something to do with trolls in Norway) and he'd been left dateless. So, while he was glad to see his friends, it was with a rather reduced amount of enthusiasm. He looked up from the paper plate of various snack food as M'gann sat down next to him.

"Oh, hey M'gann! It's not really important. I guess. Traci had to go deal with something, so. Got left without a date." He shrugged.

"Don't worry about it. I'll survive."
